It is our goal to maintain our building in good working order and aesthetically pleasing.

To achieve this, Mike Siefkes ​from A Maintenance Guy, LLC handles our general maintenance work and we use other specialists for other more specific repairs.

Building management and Mike walk the building and site at least weekly to note and address any issues that are observed.
