Suite 100 (estimated availability October 15, 2023): Offices vary in size from 164 to 290 net square feet with prices ranging between $400 and $725. Rental includes an individual private locking office (some with vaulted wood ceiling, some with private exterior entries from patio and one with private storage room), common reception area, kitchenette and access to building conference space. Access to high-speed wi-fi available for an additional monthly charge.
Most spaces offer vaulted wood ceilings, fireplace and outside balcony or patio. Suites consist of carpet, painted drywall, stained wood doors and trim and heat and air-conditioning controlled by tenant.
High speed internet (up to 1GB/s) is available from multiple vendors.
Quoted rent rates are all-inclusive including parking, janitorial and utilities (expense stop based on the first year of the lease).
Leases available for terms of one year to five years and typically require the first month's rent and a security deposit equal to the last month's rent paid at the time the lease is signed.
Lease rates are based on spaces in their "as is" condition. We will be happy to consider options for tenant improvements and lease rates associated with those improvements. Just ask us!!
Lease rates are based on tenants paying any broker fees for brokers they may have engaged. Leasing broker rates do not apply.
