The building's owner maintains their own offices in the building and did so for 17 years prior to purchasing the building. As a result, the building owner has the same interest as our other tenants in immediate resolution of building maintenance and management concerns.  

The manager, Jon Willis, operates an architecture and engineering consulting business in the building and manages other commercial properties. Jon's unique background bring a strong understanding of how buildings work, up-to-date solutions to the changing office environment and a network of vendors to call on for service related issues.

The building engages an independent maintenance consultant who is adept at addressing all various kinds of issues in the building from plumbing, to electrical or changing a light bulb. You will also see the building manager taking care of issues to ensure prompt response.
